Copyright and Reproduction National Investment Center reserves all reproduction rights, including the right to claim statutory copyright in the Work. The art may not be photographed, sketched, painted, or reproduced in any manner whatsoever without the expressed written consent of the NIC. All approved reproductions shall bear the following copyright notice: by (Artists name and the year of painting) 

If the owner of original painting resell this painting he/she is obligated to pay the amount of 10% of the deference of present selling price minus previous cost and and pay 10% of this new deference price, should be payable to NIC within sixty (60) days.

To Protect the Artist Painting from Forgeries, Buyers will receive unique Authentication Number about the Original Painting for Verification only and web. Link to view the the previous buyer of the painting.

Manner of Payment -  Within five business days buyer will receive the bill of Sale for the requested Painting  and should be paid in full by cashier check or Wire Transfer or any other agreed method and the check should be made to the

name of the Company (National Investment Center) /or the company's President name .

Delivery:  Please allow 2-3 weeks  for delivery after full payment,  

Delivery of requested Painting including Bill of Sale, Title of Painting, Authentication Certificate.

At the request of the buyer, NIC can spacial deliver within United States to the buyer Country Embassy in Washington, DC, or  deliver the Painting to any address Worldwide..

 Delivery Option:   Please note delivery to the buyer Country Embassy shall  be requested in advance for the convenience of the buyer,
yes we can deliver to the buyer Country Embassy in Washington, DC in United States of America and receive instantly the Original full Payment Check,

please note a Copy of Payment Check will be requested and sent by email before sending the Original Painting to the Embassy.

Ohio  Sales Tax - Only for Painting sold in  U.S.A.  will be included on all  sold items.
